All-Skills Camp

Emphasis on all softball skills - hitting, bunting, infield & outfield skills, throwing, catching, baserunning and more! This camp is typically a 3 to 4 hour camp, ages 8 to 18. We have some of the best softball instructors come out to help better the camper's game.

Pitching Camp

This camp focuses on proper technique of windmill pitching. Pitchers are introduced to several drills and workouts to improve their pitching. Our pitching camp runs 4 consecutive days and campers work with former Olympian Lisa Mize and the Lisa Mize Fastpitch Academy staff of professionals.

Hitting Camp

Geared specifically for hitters! We focus on all the necessities to become a better hitter at that this camp. We emphasize proper hitting stance and grip and work in the areas of improving bat speed, pitch selection, increasing power and becoming a "smart" batter. Several drills are used to break down the hitters' swing and educate them in the areas of their swing that need improvement.

Catcher's Camp

Our catcher's camp covers all aspects of proper catcher's mechanics and development. We teach catchers framing, calling pitches, blocking, proper footwork and throw downs, as well as over all conditioning for the battery. This is a great camp for anyone who wants to improve and excel as a catcher.

Team Camps

This is our most popular camp, because it is geared towards individual teams and/or organizations who work together to improve not only each player, but also the teamwork among each player. We cater this camp to the team's needs and the coach's wants! Lisa Mize Fastpitch Academy brings out the top instructors from around the country to work with the teams and all their skills.
